9.2 Registering the Address Book
E-mail addresses, fax numbers of the destinations to which fax is sent fre-
quently and registered boxes can be registered in Address Book. The regis-
tered Address Book can be used from [From Address Book] tab of Fax/Scan
screen.
- A maximum of 2000 destinations (0001 - 2000) including scanner desti-
nations and destinations of other functions of this machine can be regis-
tered.
- If search characters are registered at the time of registering the destina-
tions, the destinations can be specified using the search characters.
Operations of Address Book registration, changing registered destinations
and deleting registered destinations are explained below.

The registration is not possible if the name and the destination in the reg-
istration screen are not set.

Detail
Address Book, Group destination and Program destination can be regis-
tered using PageScope Web Connection.
If PageScope Web Connection is used, settings changes and destination
registrations can be made from a network computer.
For details on the using PageScope Web Connection, refer to the User’s
Guide [PageScope Web Connection Operations].
The registered contents can be checked on the Speed Dial List.
For details on Speed Dial List, refer to “Speed Dial List (Address Book
destination list)” on page 11-39.
