Printing confidentially received originals
Confidential RX Report is printed automatically when there is a confidential
reception. Follow the procedure given below to print the originals registered
in confidential box.
1 Press [User Box] key to display Box screen.
2 Touch [Use Document].
3 Select the box specified as “confidential box” and touch [OK].
– When a password is set for browsing the box, enter the password
on the displayed screen and touch [OK].
4 Select the confidentially received originals that are to be printed and
touch [Print].
– Touch [↑] or [↓], to display the next or previous screen.
5 Specify the print settings if required.
6 Touch [Start] or press [Start] key.
– Touch [Cancel] to stop the operation.
Specified originals in the confidential box are printed.
Deleting confidentially received originals
Follow the procedure given below to delete originals registered in confiden-
tial box.
1 Press [User Box] key to display Box screen.
2 Press [File Document].
3 Select the box specified as “confidential box” and touch [OK].
– When a password is set for browsing the box, enter the password
on the displayed screen and touch [OK].
4 Select the confidentially received originals that are to be deleted and
touch [Delete].
– Touch [↑] or [↓], to display the next or previous screen.
– Touch [Cancel] to stop the operation.
– For details on the other original arrangement operations, refer to the
User’s Guide [Box Operations].
