Configuring the Printer74

Subnet Mask* Sets the printer’s subnet mask address.

Range: 0–255 for each xxx triplet

Default: [Blank]

" If the subnet mask address is outside the range, the

following message displays when you choose the

Apply button: “Please enter a correct address.”

Click OK button, and then type an appropriate

number.

Configuration Menu Equivalent:

NETWORK SETTING - SUBNET MASK

Default Gateway* If a router is used on the network, sets the router’s

address.

Range: 0–255 for each xxx triplet

Default: [Blank]

Number

Sets whether or not the DNS server setting is to be

specified.

Choices: Disable/Enable

Default: Disable

Configuration Menu Equivalent:

NETWORK SETTING - DNS CONFIG.

DNS Server

Address

Specifies the DNS server address.

Range: 0-255 for each xxx triplet

Default: [Blank]

Apply button Applies the configuration settings for this window.
