Registering/Specifying Settings

9.4 Registering Program destinations
Scan Settings, Original Settings, Communication Settings can be combined with frequent transmission
destinations and registered in program destinations. If these are registered in program destinations, the
functions such as Scan Settings, Original Settings, Communication Settings and registered destinations can
be called, specified and transmitted by just touching the program button.
A maximum of 400 (001 - 400) program destinations can be registered including program destinations of
other functions like scanner, etc.
Program names can be registered in program destinations.
The operations of program registration, changing registered programs, deleting registered programs are
explained below.

The registration is not possible if the name is not set.

Detail
Address Book, Group destination and program destination can be registered using PageScope Web
Connection.
If PageScope Web Connection is used, settings changes and destination registrations can be made
from a network computer.
For details on the using PageScope Web Connection, refer to the User’s Guide [PageScope Web
Connection Operations].
Registering program destinations
Follow the procedure given below to register Program destinations.

Change program destinations by using the same procedure.
1 Press [Fax/Scan] key to display Fax/Scan screen.
2 Specify Scan Settings, Original Settings and Communication Settings if required.
For details on Scan Settings, refer to "Specifying scanning conditions" on page 2-9 or "Scan
Settings" on page 6-2.
For details on Original Settings, refer to "Original Settings" on page 6-3.
For details on Communication Settings, refer to "Communication Settings" on page 6-4.
3 Press [Mode Memory] key.
4 Touch [Page List].
Program registration can be grouped according to pages. Touch [Page List] to specify program
destination display in unit of pages.
